Nope, I have only 2.84MB used by Android OS on mobile data for the last 7 days, and 4.66MB on wifi. Did you download an OS update within this time (perhaps that would count towards the Android OS usage) or anything?

It could be backup try switching it off under backup in setting menu but even still its a lot mine is a lot lower than that. Could also try switching off Sync if you have it on.

I've turned backup off before that seemed to stop it however it still shouldn't be that excessive even with backup or sync. Might try a factory reset or a flash

Using google now with location history and reporting?

I've got backup + sync + google now (but without location history and reporting) and from the 21st - 30th its used 8mb over wifi and 2.5mb mobile data.

Photo sync to picassa or whatever Google are calling it now? Guessing play store updates should be under play store, but it is odd that the data is all used under wifi.
