Which carriers will this phone work on?

S4 Mini GT-I9195 (link updated)
There's a slim chance I'll get this phone instead - S4 LTE i9505 (but I think I prefer the smaller size of the mini)

S4 mini specs appear to be here (same model number)

I currently use 2degrees, but coverage at work isn't great (very close to the beehive but on the far side of a building), so I may have to switch. Vodafone and Telecom both have more towers near work - I have no real preference between them, but Telecom appears cheaper with better coverage (Vodafone $45 for 500MB, Telecom $39 for 750MB, 2degrees is same as Telecom but extra data is much more expensive on Telecom).

That suggests that it will work on 3G on any network, but how about 4G? If it doesn't do 4G/LTE I might as well get the i9190 model that's cheaper from some places.
