Hey guys,

A while ago I rooted my HTC One X (telecom sourced) so I could go from ICS to JB and play around with stock android. The WiFi performance was never great on it though so I decided to try an unroot it and return it back stock so I can take it in for repair. I have a nandroid backup and thought it was going to be relatively simple but it keeps getting constantly stuck in bootloop!

Any ideas/suggestions/advice on how to get past this and return it back to its original state?

have got past the telecom splash screen for the first time, but now stuck on the White HTC One screen with the Beats Audio logo down the bottom. This is getting frustrating

HTCs always had problems with rooting, hope they fixed it with the HTC ONE.

I used to have ONE X but i accidentally bricked it and sold it for 230$.

Hope you fix your phone.

Here's the thread I made when taking my One X back to stock, might be something helpful for you:

Worked great, OTA updates immediately available afterward.

edit: the screen flicker that I noted went away after a few reboots and a couple of hours of screen-on time.
