I received the 4.3 update on my rooted but stock GN a month or so ago but refrained from doing the update because I wasn't sure if the update would break my rooted phone(but stock otherwise)

Now in the past few days I have noticed that the update notification has disappeared and whenever I check for system updates the OS says it's up to date. I have tried the usual tricks of resetting Google Framework but the update just won't show up now.

Anybody got any ideas what could be happening here?
