My granddaughter has forgotten the pattern lock on her phone,she doesn't use it often, its for medical emergencies only. She tried what she thought was the correct pattern a number of times and now the phone wants her email address and password but her father,who set the phone up,can't remember that either !
I guess the only thing to do is reset the phone and start again with a new account but how do I reset it? Its a Samsung Galaxy Ace.
