Hi shivstar,

You advised iPhone was purchased ' Through a friend ' via email to my work email address you found online, Contact that friend and get the details

I also advised you to take the iPhone to the local police station so it can be returned to the owner,

John

If the phone is blacklisted then it's either stolen or lost. You should contact whoever sold the phone to you. If this person is not available, hand the phone to the police saying it is blocked and you bought it without knowing.

You might lose the money but there's nothing anyone here can do for you. Put this as a lesson.
