I have found an app on the google play store that streams videos.

As I only have a 3.7 inch screen (xperia sola) I was wondering if there was a way to play the app on my tv (Panasonic 50UT50) laptop, or ps3?

I think I read somewhere that I might be able to stream from phone to laptop. Would that use twice the amount of data (app data, stream from phone to laptop)? Or just need to mirror the phone screen by plugging into the tv etc?

I am considering upgrading to the LG G2, I think that might solve the problem?

I was also wondering if I could record the video from the app either on the phone, laptop or tv so I could watch it at a later date etc.
Not sure if that would be possible though.

Thanks
