So my Google account is setup as a US one as have always purchased stuff that way and its been fine. Ive needed apps like Netflix etc. 

But that was always on a tablet, now I have a Nexus 5 and want to also download apps from My Vodafone, Air NZ etc. But cant through US store.

So how can I change my country region back to NZ so I can purchase theses.
