Hey all,

I just noticed that JB Hifi has knocked the price of this tablet down to NZ$199 and it looks great on paper, I'm just wondering what the catch is. I haven't heard anything about HP dropping support, but it's stuck on Android 4.2 while other Tegra Note devices are on 4.4. Other than this, has anyone heard of or experienced any major issues with this tablet?

I was wondering the same when I saw it today. Seems like good value if you're happy on 4.2.2

If anyone else was curious, I went ahead and bought one a couple days ago. This tablet is better than anything else I've tried at the $200 price point. Performs well, screen quality is great (not amazing, but really good), and it handles any game you throw at it. My only issues with it are - battery life is slightly less than I expected e.g. 6 or 7 hours of heavy use rather than 8, and the stylus is amazing compared to a wacom bamboo or maglus on the iPad but the palm rejection just isn't as good as what you get on the Galaxy Note (and it's non-existent in power-saving mode).
