I can't find it in the Play store and when I use the direct link

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.instagram.bolt

it says the app is incompatible with all my devices.

That includes my Vodafone Nexus 5.

Strange.

I sideloaded it but it's not very useful when all the folks I might use it with are in the US and it's not available there yet.

It installed on my phone fine, but says none of my contacts have it so its pretty useless

not heard of it till this post, but clicked the link & it says its compatible with some of my devices, guessing my phone (note 2) & not tablet.
another creation by facebook? seeing they own instagram
