Being pretty new to the android app world. I am hoping someone can help?

I am trying to find an app that will allow me to use my tablet to view and delete pictures that are on a computer on the home network.

I have many years of pictures I would like to just sit back in the recliner with my tablet and view and delete the ones I don't want.

After many searches and trying various apps. I haven't managed to find one that lets me delete them off the computer.

Is there such an app?

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I should have maybe mentioned - I want to be viewing/deleting while my wife is watching shorty street or w/e on the same computer (computer is hooked up to tv). Unfortunately I don't think remote desktop isn't going to work too well in this case.

ES File Explorer File Manager, will do the job, just access your PC in the network part, you will need to have sharing and write/delete enabled in your windows folder that you are working in, awesome little app, you can stream/play video from PC also.

Good luck.

I have tried this app and it is very close to what I want.

It lets me view photo's how I would like, by flicking the finger across the screen per picture....but there is no option to delete the picture that is being viewed. The only way (I can see) to delete the photo or photos is in the thumbnail view(?).

could this also be used to access the comuters internet browser, rather than the andriod device browser - essentially so pages recognise it's a PC rather than a mobile device.
