Hello all,

I've a Samsung Galaxy Gio and when I try to install Whatsapp or
Facebookmessenger I always get the error 'insufficient storage available'.
I've been reading a lot online but I just can't get it solved.
I moved all my pictures and movies to the computer so there is a lot of
space on my phone.
I also installed the app 'app cache cleaner' so all caches are cleared.

But non of this works...

Can please someone help me?

Thanks a lot!
Camerilla

If everything is backed up, I would suggest you do a factory reset on your phone. I have had similar problems in the past with two Samsung galaxy 2's. Factory reset fixed it.
