Hi There!

I think I have a wireless problem with my S5.

Essentially connecting to the same wireless as the other devices in my house, it takes a long time to connect, and get an IP address via DHCP, then when it does, the wireless is so slow as to be unusable on the S5.

I downloaded a ping tool pinged my router, and see my pings are above 8000ms despite standing right beside the Access Point. Other devices are normal (1-2MS).

I am not keen to factory reset my device right now.

Any ideas what other things I might try?

Cheers
