Is there a way that is relatively lag free to show your Android Phone's screen on your PC.

I have tried a lot of different programs but they are all far too laggy and unusable.

SideSync works well, I'm not sure if it works for non-Samsung Touchwiz phones though. If you just need the phone's display on a large screen, you could consider mHDMI or MHL output to a suitable monitor or TV?

What Samsung device are you running it on? My S3 is apparently incompatible

Edit - Found the answer. Needs 4.4

There is a way you can do it with ADB and a java app. Don't have the details on me but Google is your friend. Doesn't need root, which many other screen share apps do

I was going to say another option might be BlueStacks.

I demo'd this a while ago, and was impressed.
