Hi guys, apologies if this has been asked before but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the above. Essentially the touch screen has stopped working, I've removed battery, SIM card etc and no luck. I'd rather not factory reset (daughter's phone) but will if required, cheers, Paul
Perhaps the digitizer (touch sensor) is broken or faulty. Try and back up her stuff if you can and then factory reset, but if that doesnt work then its probably broken/faulty
