gregmcc: There is an program called bluestacks, a android emulator for PC's, used it for a while on a Win7 pc, seemed to work ok.

timmmay: raspbmc works great on my R.Pi for Kodi/XBMC. Though it is much faster running on my big windows desktop. You'd be crazy to install Android then XBMC on a PC, just run it directly on a PC. Intel NUC or a cheaper dedicated device.
