I have a frustrating and new issue with my s5.

Suddenly I cant seem to connect to it as a mobile hotspot from any device, yet I can connect fine to my wifes s4 as a hotspot. 

I have tried restarting mobile devices and tried a couple of third party apps but nothing helps. 

Anyone got any ideas?
