I'm thinking of getting a Samsung Galaxy tablet - probably a tab 4 with LTE.

What's people's experience please?

Totally depends what you want to use it for...  I have a tab 3 (wifi only) and love it.  It works for entertainment on the bus - music, movies, games and also works well as a second remote for the tv...  a whole lot of things that I used to do on my laptop  it even tells me when the bus will get to my stop thanks to the free 1GB wifi from Spark...

For me it replaced 3 or 4 devices...  had it for about 18 months and still going strong.
