Just looking around whats the best emulator of android for pc?

I currently use Genymotion.  It works very well in Android Studio and Eclipse (if you are using it to develop).  If you are just wanting to run Android apps on the PC, you can also try Bluestacks (which also works for development, but I prefer Genymotion for that).
