I've heard on here how semble doesn't like rooted phones, does it work if you use something like rootcloak? What about AOSP roms

Semble requires SIM Alliance OpenMobile API. This is not contained in the Android source from Google.

If it was added, it would then technically no-longer be AOSP.

I haven't managed to get past issues with firmware versions yet (I still get Status 15), but Semble stopped complaining about my device being rooted when I installed the RootCloak module for Xposed Framework
