Hi guys and gals, I've successfully used this above exploit to root my Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE (N7105) and also my LG V500 G-Pad 8.3 Tablet. It has worked well on both devices and I have had no issues with the KingUser (SU alternative) root manager. I didn't allow the "purify" app to run and uninstalled asap as I dont understand chinese characters.

I stumbled upon KingRoot thanks to an obscure reference to it in another post on Geekzone. I thought I`d bring it to attention as it seems to be a relatively easy root method, for those who simply require root access. I've been looking for a OCR one-click-root solution for quite some time now as I don't have easy access to PC computer etc.

I've mostly been using it for Better battery stats, wakelock detection, app freezing, greenify and a few other minor tweaks to give my old devices a new lease of life..
