Tentatively keen on the Note 5. Note 3 is still in prime condition and running well though. Not sure how I'll convince SWMBO that is a justifiable expense!

So have you got a "save the date" for a Samsung NZ event? Because it coincides with the "Galaxy Unpacked" event in the US on Aug 13.
Expected for the big reveal is the Note 5, the Edge+ and the next Gear Smartwatch.

If the reports of no SD or removable battery are true (and the leaks seems pretty solid) then the Note 4 will be my last Note and the Note 5 will be a downgrade.

Agreed - it is sad if there is no SD / Removable battery.

I will buy it anyway because Note is the only phone series that I like...
