Installed Amazon Underground earlier this morning. Seems to be mostly games but some apps too.

Basically Amazon provides apps for free, with free In App Purchases - by paying the devs themselves.

Visit Amazon Underground from Android browser to download the app marketplace.

It's based on the amount of time you use the actual app, that Amazon compensates developers. Interesting idea.

Amazon seem to always be coming up with new novel ideas, it's excellent.
