What app (preferably free) do people use to automatically silence their phones at night?

I'm know that Android can do it itself but I'm using Android 5.0.2 and I don't find the "Interruptions" settings very intuitive or easy to use.

I just need something that lets me set a start and end time (preferrably for each day of the week) when I want the phone to be quite (i.e. no email notifications, etc).  Maybe an option to still let phone calls through and silence everything else.

At the moment I manually put my phone on silence while I'm at work, so if the app could look at my location and if I'm within 100m of work then automatically silence the phone (and unsilence it when I leave work) that would be really good.
