What app (preferably free) do people use to automatically silence their phones at night?

I'm know that Android can do it itself but I'm using Android 5.0.2 and I don't find the "Interruptions" settings very intuitive or easy to use.

I just need something that lets me set a start and end time (preferrably for each day of the week) when I want the phone to be quite (i.e. no email notifications, etc).  Maybe an option to still let phone calls through and silence everything else.

At the moment I manually put my phone on silence while I'm at work, so if the app could look at my location and if I'm within 100m of work then automatically silence the phone (and unsilence it when I leave work) that would be really good.

I used to use Timeriffic to achieve this (it's a fantastic app to schedule loads of things), but for some reason it stopped working on Android 5.0 :(

I use Profile Scheduler.

It also puts my phone into vibration only mode when it detects the office wifi, and returns it to normal when I leave.

Google Playstore "Simple Quiet Hours". Kills all audio during set hours. But if you play games or music Media Audio is auto enable again until you stop playing.

I would have another look at the baked in Lollipop option as it is pretty simple to use in practice

Settings > Sound & Notification > Interruptions > set the Days, start & end times = done

Llama, on my rooted S4. It goes silent and into airplane mode, and also does things like reboot the phone a couple of times a week - I find that useful for stability. It can also change volume and profiles based on your geographic location, as determined by cell tower (low power user), Wifi, or GPS.

The default Lollipop silence notifications has worked fine for me in the 3 or 4 Lollipop phones I've used in the last few months.

It did change in (from memory 5.02) to make things slightly easier to use.

Just leave it on perma silent/vibrate?

That's what I do, can't stand audio notifications so rely solely on vibrate.
