okay, I actually hope this is a nob question, having upgraded to Marshmallow I can't seem to find the recent apps view, in Lollipop I simply long press'ed the left hand softkey, in Marshmallow this now opens the Google search? and having tired all sorts of different key presses, I ca't find it, and its really annoying to have to reopen apps, instead of simply switching between them. (note I am using Nova launcher, but I also reverted to the Google launcher, but I still can't find it...

Please don't flame me if this is so obvious......

Thanks in advance.

Nic.

What device are you running marshmallow on?

Also I think you are asking a noob question (check your title :-) )

Gudday Noob ;-)

I came across the article below last night on the new "feature" you are now enjoying. Must admit it is something I hope that the LG G4 finds a way around with v6 comes along.

I think the section "Now On Tap" refers to your issue, but dunno how you get around it. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2493513,00.asp

NB if you come up with a article that is not 'Google Android 6.0 Marshmallow', it may be that you've ended up on the OZ version of the site. Scroll down to the bottom, select 'PCMag USA' and then repaste the link.
