Got the Android 6 update last night on my 2013 Nexus 7.

Wow - like a new machine. Everything (so far) is silky smooth, no slow down (which I was having with 5 and 5.1).

Battery stuff remains to be seen by general UI stuff is buttery.

That's good news smile.  Wish the same could be said for my Nexus 7 (2012) - that, along with my Nexus 4, are never going to see Marshmallow cry.  Luckily I also partook in the GZ/2D promo and have had a nice sparkly Nexus 6P in my hand for the last 8 days!!

Definitely share your opinion. I manually flashed marshmallow on mine a week or so ago.  Man it's super smooth.
