I have only seen that on budget phones without a proximity sensor so that its not triggered by your cheek when on a call. Does the Ace 4 have a proximity sensor?

Its the sensor at the top by the speaker that turns the screen off when you are on a call and it senses your ear. Without it your cheek or ear will push things on the screen which is why without it they make the do something annoying to unlock thing when on a call without being on speakerphone.

No idea, but try looking in call settings. Or display settings.
