Looking for a new phone, about $240 - $300. Only had Android before, is Flyme OK? Either of the above or look at a phone running windows? Thank you

I have a J5 for work and it works great. Not as flash as the S series phones but a lot cheaper. I went from a Windows phone and loved the increase in available apps on the android. Would never go back to Windows due to lack of available apps.
