Hi All,

 

I have taken several DNG images on the P9 but have been unable to get them off the phone.

 

Has anybody successfully copied DNG images off their phone?

Hi,

 

A quick-fix suggestion from one of our techies is to try downloading HiSuite software onto your PC/laptop from our site: http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/HiSuite_en/index.html

 

This may help to seek out the files and transfer to your PC.

Done that, but it can only see the jpegs.
