Hi All,


I have taken several DNG images on the P9 but have been unable to get them off the phone.


Has anybody successfully copied DNG images off their phone?

A quick-fix suggestion from one of our techies is to try downloading HiSuite software onto your PC/laptop from our site:


This may help to seek out the files and transfer to your PC.
