Hi,

I have been quite happily using the default Samsung Music Player on my S5 however, a recent update (probably co-incident with the marshmallow update) has removed the one piece of functionality I really require and that is timed Playlists. It now just shows the number of tracks which is useless if you are trying to make up a playlist that lasts a specific amount of time.

Would appreciate if anyone could point me towards another player with this functionality as searching by my criteris returns a blank and I am loathe to go the download and try route with numerous players until I find one that works.

thanks

I know Rocket Player does this, it shows the number of songs in a playlist, plus the total duration of all the songs in the playlist.  I have tired a few players and this is my preferred, I even paid for it :-)

as I'm required to manage music through iTunes (me being the only Android device in the house), it also sync well with iTunes.

Thanks, Rocket did the trick for me, and it's not overblown as some of the players are.
