Anyone using one of these phones?  It seems very good vfm, thinking of it as a first smartphone for a 13yo

I picked up one of these just over a month ago to replace my Samsung S4 Mini and I love it. It's a great phone for the money. Runs as quickly as my wife's Samsung Galaxy A5. Only having the one button for the back and home functions does take a bit of getting used but other than that I have no complaints. It has a nice screen and Netflix looks really good, nice and crisp picture and good colours.

I got one a few weeks ago my only gripe is that sometimes the sd card stops being detected. Apart from that I'm loving it very happy with my purchase get roughly a day and a half out of the battery .

Thanks for the reviews

I had a look at one at PB Tech and they seem really nice.  In the end however, I got a good deal on a Huawei Y6 Elite at Noel Leeming ($89 inc the VF SIM) so went for that - not quite as nice as the Meizu but seems a great first smart phone for a teenager
