Got no idea why it's not working.

Location is set to ON. I've tried to clear the cache. I've rebooted the phone. Still the same.

I've installed a few GPS apps and reset AGPS, but still with no luck.

I downloaded an app and it states that it can't find any satellites.

Is it a hardware issue?

I had an issue with location on my old Note2 a few years back, I had to do a full reset to fix the issue. If this doesn't fix it I'd say it's a hardware fault. In the old days you used to tighten the screws to get the GPS going on the S3...

Yes it sounds like a hardware issue. As someone said try a hard reset?

This happened to a work colleagues phone. It was an S6 however.  Ended up a hardware fault.

Has it ever worked or is the the phone new?

My S7 GPS randomly went AWOL for one evening, but has been fine again since. I wondered if it got itself a bit too hot.

Not sure if it's ever worked on the phone. It's a refurbished one from work (there's a repair centre in the office). I guess I'll have to ask them to open it, when I'm back in the office.
