Any idea how to get the Original firmware from Spark NZ ? Keen to roll back the firmware as the updated one is causing issues.

The internet has loads of alternate firmwares I could try but they don't seem to be quite right for my model which is EAV-L09

Cheers in advance.

Have you tried this? Seems to be the correct one for your model - http://consumer.huawei.com/au/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=91748

Which version are you using? When did you get an update? What problems is it causing?

So I wanted to upgrade my phone to get the latest security patches from Google. To do this I had to de brand and go to EVA-L09C900 Dec security. After reading on line all the people seem to think that the C900 version will get no OTA nougat update. So I thought my best bet would be to go back to Spark firmware what ever it is , and get it from the proper channel.

Thoughts?
