Hi Guys need some help as per above. I bought the XZ premium over the weekend and have followed instructions as per the Xperia Transfer however I am having no luck in moving messages over. I have also tried through the Sony Xperia Companion App. It does say successful however I don't see any old messages at all. Would be keen to know if anyone has switched and has had any issues or any suggestions that could help.

Thanks

Sid

Hi Sid

A few days ago my daughter migrated from an iPhone to a Xperia Z3.  I successfully moved her iPhone sms content using the Xperia Transfer Mobile app,

I also needed an OTG cable, and the iPhone charging cable to physically connect the phones, and "pair" them.

Good luck!

Nelson

Sid, I should have added that the Xperia Transfer Mobile app can also migrate the call log - though I suspect it cannot migrate "iMessages" - merely common garden sms messages.

Thanks for that. This was the first option I tried and it crashed at the last minute. I will give this a go again today
