2017 is not my year for cellphones

This morning while swapping SIM card positions on my LG G6, I noticed the SIM card tray was cracked. I proceeded to install the tray, but then had second thoughts
However now the SIM card tray is stuck inside the phone (I can pull it out about halfway and take the part that is cracked out of the system, so not sure what is causing the blockage)

Assuming I can get the current SIM card tray out, does anyone know of sources to obtain a replacement part?

I have emailed PB Tech to see if they can get .. I am trying to avoid sending the phone away for "repair"

AliExpress has a few of them:

https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20171114165537&SearchText=LG+G6+Sim+Card+Holder

Different colours available too (depending on which seller you go with) so no doubt one that will go with your phones colour.

Just be wary that the Shipping can be slow (but that's sort of expected at this price). Saying that I ordered something for around the same price 10 days ago and it arrived today (which is fast in AliExpress Terms)

Update: None of the local places would touch the phone, so when I got back to the office I allowed a co-worker to have a play.

The result was a broken SIM card tray, most of it was external but some was left inside the phone. After a bit of fiddling, we were able to align the broken part so the rest of the SIM card tray slides in
End result - I can use both SIM slots and remove/replace the tray

I have left an enquiry with PB Tech regarding fixing this, but I expect this to cost more than I am willing to pay.
