Setting up my Android phone and wondering whether it is good idea to install the 'Carrier Services' package from the Play Store. I'm currently with 2 Degrees Mobile (if that makes a difference) and wondering whether I should install it or not worry about it.

The way I saw understood the article plus feedback was that it is geared more towards those running pure Android. I'll leave well enough alone as to avoid introducing any problems.
