Hi All

 

does anyone on this forum still use the outlook app for Android?

 

when i am sending email with picutres, there is no way that i can send the pictures as a file, it is included in the message? when the person open it on the other side, it expanded really badly?

 

does anyone has this kind of fraustration?

The picture is still been sent as a file in this case. The receiver should be able to right click on the image, and use the 'Save Image' (or similar) option to save it as a file.

FWIW I use Nine. It's a vastly superior app in every respect IMHO if you want EAS support.

I use it as my main work email, I don't have any issues with it, sent an image earlier and it gave me the option of reducing the file size for email if I wanted, and then attached the image as a file attachment.

Create tasks from emails is great in Nine, not many Android clients can create outlook tasks

I have found the Outlook app varies a lot in quality from release to release.  Maybe try an older version if possible and see if that fixes the issue?

I switched from Outlook to Blackberry Hub and handles emails (including attachments) without problem.  Plus it gives a single place for email, text, messenger, skype etc.
