Hi All,
I have the android box 6.01, recently I press the system update, it keeps on saying unfortunately system has stopped.

Is there a crash on the apps somewhere?
Does anybody know what have caused this and how should I fixed it.

I have done couple of reset and hard reset too.

I have had a similar problem with a cheap China phone.  It was related to the establishment of Time Zone.  Manual selection o.k.,  from internet connection no good.

My new China phones are not suffering this but their S O C contains software that can install P U Ps that I like to delete.  I can see these programs with No Root Firewall when they try to get on line.  Problem like these may be caused by outside of intended Geographic use area and not something sinister though still an annoying thing.

IME these cheap boxes are more trouble than they are worth - as support is pretty much ZERO. You can get some help on some of the forums - but manufacturers support....no so much.

This is why after 2 different cheap china Android boxes I gave up and went for an Nvidia Shield - the performance and support of which has been excellent. And even my MiBox is still getting support and updates too - if you wanted a lower cost option.

PS: This thread is good for some info re streaming boxes (Android and other). It focuses on Kodi performance - but the guidance is useful in terms of overall quality and performance etc of the various streaming devices out there:
