So I got my wife a new v30+ a few weeks ago. My Note 9 got the emergency alarm thing that happened the other day, her phone was silent right beside it. 

Is there a feature you need to enable to get this working? 

I found some articles saying under messaging there should be an emergency alerts menu, which there isn't. Also says there is an emergency alert app, also not present.
