Hi all!

Have an Sony Xperia XZ Premium
The screen started to bleed / go bad on right hand side so contacted Sony and sent it away to fonefix to be repaired under warranty.
See attached email and photo.
Phone has never been dropped.
Any ideas on my opinions now?

Ask for proof the fault was caused by impact damage.

Remove email screenshot because it contains your phone's IMEI number.

It's interesting to do a search and see several posts incl this https://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-XZ-Premium/xz-premium-screen/td-p/1308940#gref which seems very similar to yours.
