As per the subject. just says delivery failed. ... no idea.

Everything else works fine. Do you get a message on the screen saying it's failed ?

Never-mind... I tried clearing data in Message App and rebooting... that fixed everything lol. This really seems like poor app maintenance on Samsung's part...
