I have songs for my toddler on my Android phone. I made a playlist with VLC, but I can't change the order.

What's a good mp3 player for Android that either lets you import playlist files (m3u seems common), and ideally lets you re-order playlists on the phone?

I use Poweramp.

As a group fitness instructor (part-time) I'm constantly having to make up playlists which I've vastly simplified by having all my gym music in an excel workbook which creates my playlists for me. I use Solid Explorer to go to the NAS location where the playlists are, copy the playlists to a specific folder on phone then hit the rescan button in Poweramp and away I go. I don't use the re-order function (no need to) but there's a couple of ways of doing this from using built-in presets to manually dragging and dropping.

I looked at Musicolet but couldn't find a way to change playlist order. Poweramp is trial or paid. With a bit of research and testing I ended up with Phonograph, which lets me change playlist order easily. Thanks for the suggestions :)
