Hi guys, I am trying to help someone whose Google Account is full and can no longer get emails. The phone is a Galaxy S7. The phone has 32gb card in it that is empty and we need to move her Photos from the cloud to the SD card and then delete them from the cloud.
It seems the only way to do this is to download each photo and to set the default download location to the SD card.
I am totally unfamiliar with the Samsung user interface, can someone explain how to...
Set the default download location
And
Download the photos from the Google Photos cloud storage.
Thanks.

I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

A simpler alternative could be to change all her existing photos on Google Photos from original quality to high quality. High quality has a max size of 16mb I believe so still reasonable quality for everyday use.

Photos in high quality are stored for free , they don't count against your storage limits.

Here's the link, you'll need to login to Google on a PC.
