Might be a dumb question, but will it cause any issues, if I mount an Android TV box on the wall (or behind a wall mounted TV)?
I assume the answer is that there will be no issues, as there are no movable drives inside.

Is there an issue with a remote control needing line of site?

Other than that - why would there be a problem - so long as it has enough ventilation...

If there is enough room to wall mount it ,then there is more than enough room to just cable tie it to the Tv wall mount
I have cable tied umpteen set top boxes behind wall mounts, no issues with remotes.
