I have a colleague who recently acquired a Huawei Nova 2i from Noel Leeming and it has the demo mode activated. We have searched the web for solutions, but none worked. Long pressing the app icon did not trigger the Settings menu as most tutorials online are suggesting.

Any ideas before I advise him to return it to Noel Leeming?
