I’m probably being dim.

We have a new Samsung TV. I wanted to subscribe to something and the card on file was replaced a while ago due to fraud.

I cannot find any way of adding a new card that does not involve using a Samsung mobile device, which I haven’t had for about 6 months.

Can anyone direct me to the correct place?!

Can you sign in at https://account.samsung.com/membership/auth/sign-in and change your details there? An old FAQ here says to sign in to "Apps" on your PC but it's all one thing under Samsung account now i think.

I can log in there, yes, but there’s no access to payment systems.
