Maybe I'm missing something but anyone know why the $200 difference in price of these 2 apparently identical phones on PB Tech?

The cheaper one is in stock and only black colour available. The more expensive one has a colour selection option but says "it ships on 02/11/2020" so maybe it is a new shipment arriving at a higher price?
