Hi people, last night I pulled my phone out to find it completely unresponsive. This has happened to it once before but a simple soft reset and it was working again. Unfortunately for me my volume up button stopped working about 6 months ago and unfortunately you need that button for a reset. Does anybody know if there's any way round this? Any help would be appreciated.
Well, I got it working again. Gave it a solid whack on the back and tried the soft reset again and boom success. I should point out that I'd tried this several times before to no avail. #nevergiveup
