For the last 3-4 weeks my phone has developed an annoying echo when I am on a phone call.

Weirdly I feel like its only when I make a call, not when I receive a call.

Though I use my phone so rarely I can't be 100% sure that is the pattern.

Any ideas please as to how I can stop the echo?
