Can anyone advise which of these is better please?
I've only ever had Samsung, currently have an S8+, still on Android 8 as have ACR call recording installed and that doesn't work on later Android versions.
The Oppo appears to have call recording installed in the phone but I'm not sure about the Samsung.
Any other advice, thank you

I don't see the call recording option on my S21 5G. Apart from that's is by far the best phone I've ever used in all departments (only quirk is you can't change focal length while video recording)

 

IMO Samsung have the best old-> new phone backup/restore for Android. Previously having used S10e, S7, S5, S4.
